Or at least in the next few days.
1. Do a backup.
Do a virus/spyware scan, then do a Backup.
If you don't have a backup system, at least use CDRs.
Or get a backup system.

2. Make a Restore Point.
If your system is too old to have this built-in, get Norton GoBack.

I've seen way too many people hurt lately by the torture if dying computers.
Please. You'll be glad you did.

For one, I'm a fledgling computer user but I do have a great pair of techie friends that will fix me right up if I have a problem or two. For another, I've only had my computer for almost 10 months. So far so good. But thanks for the advice in the future. *hugs*
