Or at least in the next few days.
1. Do a backup.
Do a virus/spyware scan, then do a Backup.
If you don't have a backup system, at least use CDRs.
Or get a backup system.

2. Make a Restore Point.
If your system is too old to have this built-in, get Norton GoBack.

I've seen way too many people hurt lately by the torture if dying computers.
Please. You'll be glad you did.

If only more people would do the first one regularly. With my backups, I've been able to put everything on a new computer the very same day and I've done so once every about 4 years or so when a system failure happens.

I've certainly forgotten on some systems, too... *wings to face and shakes head* ...Just hoping to see a lot fewer computery disappointments in people's lives as time goes on.. ^v^
