LJ Train Wreck
Dec. 26th, 2011 04:23 amIf ya have some time and wanna read about the Train Wreck that is this new LJ code, and the lies and apathy with which the administration is handling it, plus all the messed up interaction it is causing for people... hop over to any or all of these links and read a sampling of the user comments... it's wild:

Meanwhile I still sort of get by with reading (as they haven't destroyed the Friends Page aggregating layout yet)... but I've been having to use I.E. just to comment on stuff ;/
...
yikes!

Date: 2011-12-27 12:27 am (UTC)While your solution doesn't work for me, (that's part of the trouble, it works so irregularly and in different ways for different systems!! Train wreck!) ... I decided to try to take LiveJournal off my permitted script list (since their scripts seem to be sloppy and putzy and broken for now) and see what happens.
So far this is the first time I am seeing a different page build in about a week! It's still lousy, but it's different, and much faster (like before) but at least it's worth a try.
If this comment goes through, then I'll know it may work as a stop-gap measure!

I have to use the TAB-TAB-TAB accessibility system to get to the POST COMMENT button, but it did work at least, for now..
