hehheh! It's from Santa and the Three Bears (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santa_and_the_Three_Bears), which played here as a regular holiday special. The pacing in the picture is rather slow, but it does have some redeeming moments and is enjoyable when viewing as a kid. The animated portion is available on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxU1izWLNjg).
These snaps are from the segment where mama bear is pssssssst off that she can't get to her hibernation... because Mr. Ranger told the kids about Christmas, and now they wanna stay up to see Santa Claus. After a rather easy-going pace throughout the movie, this moment of confrontation adds a bit of exciting tension to the tale... :D
