hehheh! It's from Santa and the Three Bears (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santa_and_the_Three_Bears), which played here as a regular holiday special.
The pacing in the picture is rather slow, but it does have some redeeming moments and is enjoyable when viewing as a kid. The animated portion is available on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxU1izWLNjg).

These snaps are from the segment where mama bear is pssssssst off that she can't get to her hibernation... because Mr. Ranger told the kids about Christmas, and now they wanna stay up to see Santa Claus. After a rather easy-going pace throughout the movie, this moment of confrontation adds a bit of exciting tension to the tale... :D

^v^ See my comment above... (Santa and the Three Bears)... :D

Wild!... I thought a lot more people would really recognize this, but maybe it was more of a local program than I realized.

I don't think I ever saw this one O.O
As a Child we tended to see things more from the Southern Hemisphere since it's usually stinking hot here at Christmas time.

I did always watch "A charlie brown Christmas" though

egads... a "stinking" hot Christmas doesn't sound like much fun.. Hey, was that a movie? The Stinking Hot Christmas... we oughta copyright that!
