Wow yeah... now THAT might be a really interesting reality show... following up and exposing issues buyers have run into with shoddy quick-fix flipping!

Yeah, I definitely believe this situation. Maybe if they had a mandatory waiting period for people for whom it wouldn't be a primary residence, and/or setting some kind of limit on the value of work needing to be done in order to qualify. I dunno. But good luck in any case! :-\
