postal service wot
Jan. 6th, 2020 12:49 amRight there... on the first page of calculating postal rates, the first three choices.. yes, right at the top:
1) cremated bodies
2) live animals
3) day-old poultry
USPS, are you a stand up comic now?
Unless I've been missing out on trends, these are not the first 3 things I think of to mail ;>
---
In other news, I've been wanting to do some things, but these are "not sure what to do" wants... not needs...
- Fix the suspension on my cars. The really old ones have trouble. One is bottoming out, and the other I think just needs shocks. That first one I think may need springs, because I already replaced the shocks and it didn't help.
- Clean/do maintenance on the floor furnace
Trouble is, I don't know where to find a real pro :\
When I fixed a furnace years ago, it took about half a dozen tried to find a furnace pro, and I think that guy has retired.
When I got the roof repaired years ago, it took about a dozen tried to find someone Honest, Affordable, and Capable.
And when I got shocks/struts in the past, they never seemed to help.
Is this how the world is? Why is there SO much chaff to weed out in some fields before you can find someone who knows their job?
What a waste of time it can be.... rarrrgh.
