I gotta hand it to Amazon ... I just gotta say, most of the time things go well, and when they don't, they have always stepped up to the plate and fixed it .. *boggles n fluffs*

And this last time... the post office admits receiving my package and losing it... and Amazon is STILL refunding my payment! I hope they can get refunded by the post office too, but at least that worry is outa my headfeathers... :>

A good friend of mine is a second tier Amazon operator. It's her job to see to it that the customer is happy when she hangs up the phone. They go a long way to do that, even though she has some pretty strict limitations.

I love Amazon customer service. My only upcoming concern is their Prime price hike: my account flips on the day ‘after’ the grace period.
