Fun little side note....

I used to know a feller who told me they never brushed their teeth because they hated the taste of MINT.

Mint used to be pretty much the only choice, yep! I've never minded it, but I guess I could see why it might bother people who hate it...

Well now, in this new millennium, there's lots of choices :9 ... Cinnamon I think was the first alternative around here... and in the last few years I've also seen tropical punch and bubblegum flavors :D ... I guess progress was good for somethin' :D

I remember an old Suburban Jungle strip where one character always hated the taste of brushing his teeth and then drinking orange juice. So he decided to drink mint soda instead, but his roommate had bought orange-flavored toothpaste.

I don't mind mint toothpaste too much, as it's not usually too pungent - but mouthwashes often compete to be the most potent around. =:P Thankfully, some of the spearmint (rather than "cool mint") ones can be okay. Still, it's unusual I'll find anything of either that isn't mint.

I love cinnamon toothpaste! However, after about a month+, I realized it was causing canker sores in my mouth (it was from the cinnamon). So, I had to give it up. Sores went away shortly after.
