ceagleOne of the few lil' extras I splurge on has been satellite radio, because local radio was such keeerap, and also it's good for long travel trips. but SiriusXM has gotten a bit too snooty (as of last year I hear) and would not give me a discount on a renewal promotion like they always have before, so it's just not affordable and I think I may discontinue the current plan and just put my old portable in the car, which has a lifetime plan (which I hear they also no longer offer as of last year). ;p
And, this month the cable company added a "sports channel fee" of $8 making the total of their meager non-24-hour service almost $100 for keeerap.. so today ChampionBroadband went byebye too and TimeWarner is on for about half the cost.
As if that wasn't enough, some weirdness happened today, when got a stack of bills from my ole doctor, for services two years ago! All this was taken care of within months of the service (as always) and so I'm guessing this was some sort of computer glitch... but *sigh*... still have to get it dealt with, so I wrote a letter to the Director of Billing and hopefully that will get some fast fix action.
