Now now now.... I think I heard a few feathers ruffled about daylight savings time a while back, like, not enough morning light? Somehow today I wound up being awake around now, and the sun is coming up at 5:15 ! ... yikes! ;> *wingfluffs your rooster-crowin' plumage*.. hehheh!

That's only if DST were held over into the winter. If we had DST all year, the sun would rise at almost 0830 in December. I don't think anybody really wants that. Seriously? Does anyone really want winter mornings to be mostly dark until it's almost 9?

And that means all burds have to report for duty at 5:15 AM! It is that bad in the northern hemisphere. Dark when you get up for work, dark when you get home (at least in December).

Ug! I swear some old lady wakes me up at 6:45am every once in a while when I want to sleep till noon. 5 am is ungodly early! :)
