Um.... I have FireFox and it works fine, and looks great.
I guess you signed in AFTER they took the huge note down that said "F5 YOUR PAGE"
My FA page looked like that too, but I followed the directions, and it refreshed correctly. (They really shouldn't have taken down the directions!)

So yeah.... just hit F5 and it'll look right. If that doesn't work, clear your cache, get rid of your cookies, etc. FA definitely works just fine in FireFox.

I can kinda duplicate this in FF v12.0 if I make the browser windows very narrow:

Once I widen it up to something feasible the issue goes away:

I used 0% (Ctrl + 0 ) zoom for those screen caps, zooming in (Ctrl +) stuff still looked ok as long as 4 preview images were displayed.

Have you haxed the default font sizes?

CYa!

Oh yeah! You're right. I just never browse FA with the window that narrow (since it's kinda hard to do so with such a small window!), so I never noticed that.

Also, C_Eagle's browser window wasn't narrow....it was wide enough to accommodate the top bar properly. His browser looked like my browser did, before I hit F5.

I'm sorry, but.... Firefox, what is that, 2? Seriously?

I'd be more worried about all the fascinating security holes that browser has. o.O

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who hates the new FA! Grrrr....

FA coders fall victim to the good old "cached CSS" trap. Since CSS rarely ever changes and gets loaded by pretty much every page on a site, all browsers will have a much "better" caching for those. It can be quite a challenge to get my IE to actually reload the style sheet and not just the page. Rule #1: if you change a well established style sheet, change the f***ing filename too! In this case, the browser doesn't know how to display the new menu bar. A bit of cache-reload should fix it eventually.

It worked fine in Firefox for me, but it was doing that in IE and Chrome. A simple shift+F5 in each of those fixed it.

Hate to say it, buy at my job in Comcast I'd be telling you to do the latest browser install on that one! I sure there's a reason you like that version of Firefox though.
