Thanks for the well-wishes everyone :> ... Power still out and will be out for days, but we're ok.... Lots of others lost trees and cars and roofs though for miles around....
I had a non-refundable short 2day trip scheduled, so hopefully power will be back when I get back in tomorrow...

Late to the party, but...

I've lived through a couple windstorms like that in my life. They are absolutely no fun, even if you are a high-wind flyer. All you can do is hunker down and pray. *HUG*

Yikes..looked at the pictures...and here I thought we had the monopoly on that kind of thing in New England. We had a nasty windstorm in 2010 that put most of the state out of electricity for a week. Hope you're okay! *squeakyhug!*
