I wanna send out a hearty helping of huge THANKS!! to you all, for your kind and caring wishes regarding the car crash... *hugs and/or paw/wingshakes where appropriate* ^v^

They're starting to play a bit of that dodgeball game they play, to see how little someone will accept, but I've been through that before, so I am going to try my best to hold out for a fair settlement... it's not like I'm asking for a NEW car, just fair replacement.

My burned hand is a bit numb in places now, but at least it doesn't hurt like those first couple of days... scheduled a doc appointment. With some good luck, I hope to get the insurance stuff settled in the next day or two. Will call a salvage yard tomorrow as well, if they tell me it's totaled.

Be careful out on them thar roads, friend critters!

This I find odd, in Australia you let the insurance companies duke it out. *scratches his head* Although here unless you specifiy replacement value it's usually replaced at market value. I hope your hand gets a better, it is normal for it to be a bit numb after being burnt as the burn usually damages feeling in the skin till it heals but get it checked anyway.
