a festive penguin

I found this on a holiday fizzy drink bottle last week...

...not sure, but it sorta looks like he's posing at the sign post, which was not lodged in the snow well enough, such that it came loose and penguin is in the process of falling backward with the sign upon him/her... but they do not seem alarmed... maybe they were planning to fall back and make a snow angel! :D ...or something
