Kaleidescope... Cornucopia....
Aug. 25th, 2003 04:49 amThese words can hardly describe all the info I found tonight.
I wanted to do a little more research and check and see if I've got my windows machine up to date before I turn it on again (it's been 2 weeks), with all of the awful software intrusions in the news recently. And then, yipe!.. I found this page which goes into detail on a LOT of extraordinarily useful things about both Macs and Windows.. and even some other info tossed in about music, system emulators and the Atkins diet!
Beware though.. you may know some of this stuff already, but if there are gaps in that knowledge, you might spend hours here 8>
Anyways, Enjoy!

Date: 2003-08-25 07:57 pm (UTC)Not to mention it has me wishing I was rich enough to buy a HyperThreadin' P4--it'll not heat up the room as much as my current Athlon 1.2GHz. WHY didn't I wait 'til AthXP came out? x.x
Welcome to the Reed!

Weirdly enough, I left Auto-update on all this time and I'm one of the lucky few that didn't get hit by the Blaster worm...
I figured keep up to date in all forms (XP or Norton AntiVirus), and you'll be safe! :)
