It's too bad we don't have any cereal mascots here! I think there are a few boxes with art on them, but I don't know anything specific. And definitely nothing famous. (I wish we had animated commercials!)
Ofcourse I had to buy this in the US (which proves box art works!):
woohoooo! This is heapin' spoonfulls o' fun already!!... ^V^ That guy's stuff is rawrsome! (it's a tragically unfortunate name in translation though... eeeep!) Thanks for posting some of yours here also.. and I'm stoked that you found lots of similar animated discoveries while you visited! :9
Very cute designs indeedy ^^ Interesting to note that I used to work in a cereal factory during holidays at university, and one of the products I used to have to box was Cooooooooooooooooookie Crisp :3
I LOVES me a lot of cereal characters! It's not surprising that my theory growing up was always (and still is) that the animal on the box is representative of the results of consuming the cereal. Individual results may vary.
I saw this line of Looney Tunes groceries when we were in CA last month! Sadly, we don't yet have them in our Midwest market. I bought some Wile E. and Foghorn flavored snack bars with hopes of some level of physical results (no dice, unless it's a really delayed reaction).
oooo.. rilly? *rubs wings together like a pondering Wile E.*
Alas, I don't know of any friendly eagle cereals that have ever appeared.... maybe I'll haveta go for griffin... or duck... or kangaroo.. or cat... or.. so many choices!
As long as them mean kids aren't trying to horde my chosen cereal, like from that poor Trix bunny and the unlucky leprechaun, or the Crunchberry beast... or poor Sonny!
Wow! That's a lot of cereal boxes, I wonder if the chocolate puffs is made by ACME as well (Watch out! the backfire chocolate puffs!!!). Thanks for sharing all of the wonderful photos. :D
To look at all of the interesting packages and to think all that cereals the boxes contained... cereal, the new balance meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. ;P
Wild animal crunch sounds scary!! Oddly enough we don't seem to have a lot of furry cereal pedlers, only the usual fruit loops, tony tiger and that irritating cocopops monkey.
but you're a wild cat... I'd think you'd love it ;D
..and yeah, I don't want any monkeys around when I'm trying to eat my cereal, but I guess ah could tolerate a cocoa puffs bird for dining company.. LOL!

And I also regocnised this fellow:
I've seen the design for this guy in the portfolio of Dutch artist Gerben Steenks: http://www.comichouse.nl/ne/illustration/2d/steenks/
I bet Karpour photographed some more boxes!
