Just found out some possibly ecch blecch news with one of the dinners I like... :|

Subway Sandwiches. I figure, here is a full meal with all the food groups in it... yum... right?
I read the Nutrition pamphlet tonight, and woe of woe.. it looks like the one I like has way lots of sodium... ;P

It said the chicken-patty 6" on wheat is 750 mg on the meat and 400 mg in the bread... so getting the footlong sammich is maybe like around 2300 mg... (!!!).. and that's not even counting the other stuff yet! (lettuce, tomato, olive oil, pepper, parmesan, feta, provolone, oregano, cilantro)...

Luckily the other stuff (except the cheese) is very low sodium, but *sigh*... Still quite disappointing... :/ I may have to start getting the half-footlongs ....
