ah yes!
That is the D C United mascot "Talon the Eagle", of whom I became aware through Croc and Yippee... He can be seen toward the bottom of this (http://www.crittersbythebay.com/yippee/mascots.html) page... *wags*

The one in the above icon is "Eddie", the nra mascot. Both are very well-done ^V^
