I'm not stuporstitious, but eeeeeesh, I tell ya, some days it seems like the odds get stacked impossibly... oy!

- car place told me last week it'a ok to bring in car for smog check. get there and they tell me they have gone over budget and can't so it. go to leave and car won't start. SECOND time EVER only this car has failed. pretty good for 22 years, ...but oy!! ;P

- go to post office to get an item taken car of for my dad. lady handling item still sick after three weeks. she's the only one that can do it. new people to be trained now, using our claim as a guinea pig project. power-hungry noob assigned to new project starts throwing weight around and making up rules as she goes. could be a challenge.

- get home, cat has peed on couch. scrub couch and put outside to dry. rain falls from sky. move couch.

- airline person has misspelled info on flight reservation. wait on hold 1/2 hour to fix. person is nice. that's good.

- do some bills. scanner won't work. first time that's happened. restart computer, works okay now. whew.

- new flight info not in INBOX. check webmail. idiotic ISP has changed webmail software, no longer works okay on mac. go to windows machine to fix.

- telemarketer calls. yay.

- dropped off a prescription last week, they said it would be ready in a hour. showed me the box. said it would take an hour to take the box off the shelf and put it in a package. decided to come back later. go back, and they say they can't fill it because it's not a sample. thanks for telling me that the first time, bozo.

- mouse runs across floor and scares cat. cat pees again. get out mop and disinfectant.

well, at least some of it's comical. ;>

Depends on the size of the mouse. Why, I hear in southern California and in Florida, they have these HUGE mice! They wander around, wear clothes, and have been known to grab onto children....

Ooh, was the telemarketer selling anything good? Depending on my moods, I've been known to talk to them for long periods of time, asking inane questions. Usually just waiting until they tire themselves out.

Erf! *warm wingsnugs*

Sorry to read about the series of misfortunate events that have taken place over the past little while! Eeek!

I'm glad you were able to get a few items resolved, like the misspelt name on the flight info.

And -- happy to know your car has been running strong for 22 years! Ooooh! I'm hoping to get at least 10 years life out of my Mazda. After 10 years, I'm thinking about getting a new car, though buying cars is fairly expensive and depreciates in value with time.

Oh my...

*TB Hugs* One hassle after another! Mind you, the cat being scared 'pee-less' by a mouse is... pretty damn funny.

cat pees again. get out mop and disinfectant. Hehehehe

Hope tomorrow goes smooth..

What a rough day!

-_-

please don't go jumping out of any windows...

and train your cat not to give the rest of them a bad name...

Gee, since we are talking about an eagle here, perhaps jumping out a window wouldn't be the same as for those of us who lack wings...

Oh lordy lou, that is a hell of a lot to handle in just one day o.O Has Gene been walking in front of you again?

I did find the fact your cat got freaked by a mouse amusing though...however I didn't have to mop up the pee.

Gee! That's quite too eventful for one day, really sorry to hear it. Mouse scares the cat, not typical Tom and Jerry scenario. :/
