Well, this is provided hoping to help any of youse who may have suffered a meltdown from low-heat-tolerant routers.
Most I've seen are only good for about 40C (104F), but THIS one we got was a windfall surprise, when we saw after opening it was good up to 54C (130F) !

(and it's worked ever since) ..*warbles happily*

It's very therapeutic to share and work it out through documenting things, and additionally therapeutic to hear from others who understand.

I use a Linux computer as a router, but if I move I may stop doing that, so the tip is much appreciated ^_^
