I use APPLE+TAB alot to cycle through programs to shut 'em down real quick at work. =3 Comes in handy when the mice arent attached.

I went to work once, now all I have to do is C&P that day over and over again! :}

Copy and paste also work well across programs. I see complaints where people loose their LJ posting because they typed a long entry and then LJ died. Quite sad and unnecessary. :( I usually type up my entries in Word, first. Then copy. Then go to Firefox and Update Journal. Put the cursor in the Message box and press CTRL-V. *presto* The text is all there and ready to go. :)
