Sheeeesh...
They are airing this bummer program that says a neutron star may be headed toward annihalating Earth.. in about 75 years... ;p

This month we gotta deal with the Mayan hoopla... and now Geographic, which has a modicum of clout... sheeesh.... Hopefully this is just a ratings grabber show...

Sheesh and Oy!... ;/

Thanks a lot, Geico! (the show's sponsor)

Exactly. Who cares what happens to that star by then? We've got 19 days left.

Well, I meant that I'd have to live up to 119 years old to see the star! XD

And there was me thinking it was a Brown Dwarf. At least it's not a Quasar or a Magnetar. :)

Is it normal that the 1st thing to pop in my mind after reading your witty comment is the song "Making Plans For Nigel" by XTC?

Does the actual National Geographic have anything to do with the schlock broadcaster?

Either way, not exactly an auspicious introduction. =:P

Did you contact them?
