More pager idiocy

"Hey pager company!... I took economics, and I know what modern price-point is, so you aren't pulling the wool over my eyes! It's just a shame that you have chosen to go down that road..." ;/
You know the part about how they decided to raise my rate after 18 years SEVEN TIMES higher than it was before (presumably to score some cel-phone like profits before the pager biz dries up). And then talking to the rep, they said they could knock another $60 off, but That Was IT.
No good.. this still made it FIVE times higher than it should be. (It's lies anyways)..
They've also been breaking the law by lying about my account, and trying to impede the process of porting my number to another provider.
So today I (reluctantly) call to go on monthly instead of annual (so I can give the process a little more time by staying active with it one more month)... and come to find the Monthly Rate is CHEAPER than the YEARLY rate... WTFLOL??!! It's still nowhere near it should be, but at least it won't be INSANELY high to stay one more month.
...although, at first her computer tried raising my rate to TWENTY-EIGHT times higher.. LMAO!! :D
Decimal places just might kill our society yet!! :D

(someone I know told me their gas station had one pump with gas set at .37 instead of 3.70 the other day for several hours!)
