One Thousand !

ceagleI've been pondering what I should do to commemorate this, my 1,000th posting in LJ.... just over seven years is what it took to get here... and what sort of profound thing could possibly sum that up....
Well... the obvious is my utmost thanks to you for welcoming me into your lives, and, for interacting with the sharing of my thoughts with you as well... ^v^ .....
As time has marched onward, we've seen some natural dispersal... a scattering of art sites.. of blogging sites... and of other distractions that all make it hard to keep up with everything and everyone, but we've also seen a staying power and endurance here too, and I greatly appreciate the anchor this gives, to me and to all of us...

Date: 2009-05-30 10:16 am (UTC)Glad to see you're still around! Some of my friends moved to Twitter/Myspace/GreatestJournal/FastJournal over the years. I still just use LJ even with more popular sites out there. LJ feels more like home.
