ceagleA programme which I highly recommend for turning off annoying keyboard keys (like CapsLock and the Windows Pop-Up key) is SharpKeys (.Net Framework / DonationWare). It has helped zillions of times to preVENT SITUAtions likE THIS WHEre you acciDENTALLY BRUSH THE DARN THING ANd don't notice until several lines LATER. ;P
