wow and wow even

After about 4 days of toughing through a cold that hit on Jan 2nd (don't feel bad, 'keela!) and not feeling like doing much of anything, I finally got alla LJ caught up, and it's still before 6 am !

Not like I got to sleep any earlier days before.. I just wasted the time tossing and turning in bed... but at least today I felt well 'nuff to put that time to good use & read... *warble* :>

I swear, if it wasn't for LJ, I prolly would get mebbe 2 or 3 emails a month.. heh!

It's good to be back.. I hope the new year is workin' out for everyone fairly well out there!

I only just realised it must be a bit more difficult to blow your nose since a large proportion of avians have their nostrils at the start of their beak. If you were a wetland type bird who has to dig in the mud for morsels you might have them at the end of your beak :)
