People must do a lot more iRL things on weekends, afk at least, as a week day LJfriend's page could be 100 entries, while a weekend one could be about 40 (as with today). :>
Also, over the years it has seemed like Fridays are the least likely day to catch people in chat, unless it's a scheduled RP.

I've noticed that trend and phenomenon too. Lots of entries during the working week, but a drop off in LJ activity on the weekends.

yeah, some people actually have alife on weekends. I too notice the lack of online activity.... because I'm usually one of the people left with no one to chat with because of it ^_^
